For the past three years Chad and I have gone to Disneyland as our Christmas present to each other. It is a nice way to wind down after finals and just have a break from everything. Here are some pictures from our trip this year:

8.11.06-8.11.09
3 Years Ago Today:
I was twenty minutes late to the temple because my hair took too long, Chad was terrified by the time I got there that I had stood him up
I wished I had tan skin that looked good with a white dress instead of my pale skin that never tans
I was so nervous of kissing Chad in the ceremony that it turned out to be a very small peck, something I am still embarassed about
We were hurried out of the sealing room with no time to hug our families that were there
Chad's mom and dad went missing after the ceremony when it was time for pictures-they went to get a Diet Coke
Chad stepped on my dress and ripped one of the gatherings
But best of all...I married my best friend
In spite of all the madness....it was the happiest day of my life! I love you Chad!

Montana '09
I went up to my uncle's ranch in Montana for the annual Miller fam reunion. Chad had to work Thursday and Friday so he was not able to join in on the fun. It felt so good to relax and get away from the "real world" for a few days. Of course there was LOTS of good food, volleyball madness, river rafting, and even a Shania Twain impersonator. Here are a few pictures from a great weekend.

Happy 50th Mom!
It was my mom's 50th birthday on Tuesday, so we all got together and celebrated at the Timbermine restaurant in Ogden. I think she took turning 50 pretty well-she didn't even get mad at Alec for his "funny" gift. She did take quite awhile to think of a birthday wish though..haha, the picture is of her "meditating" over what to wish for. Love you mom!

Graduation!
Well it is official...I am a college graduate. Commencement was Friday and I had such a great day with my family. They have been so awesome to support me in all my many struggles through school. And a big thanks to Chad too, he has listened to me whine and cry about school for 2 years and has been such a great support to me. It is really weird to think that I am done with school, but it is a great feeling! I don't have many pictures because our camera died and I am still waiting for family to email me all the pictures they took. But here is a few for now!

OUr Project
So we have been working on our basement for about a year and a half now, Chad has done it all himself with the help of his brothers. Today we finally got carpet down and it looks so great! Anyone who knows Chad knows how much he loves his electronics and big T.V.'s so he turned the basement into a mini home theatre, I love it and am so proud of his hard work! And a big thanks to Clint and Cliff for all their help!

Iron Man vs. Batman
So Chad and I were watching his all time favorite movie-The Dark Knight-and he claimed that the only hero that would stand a chance against Batman would be Iron Man, but he thinks that Batman would win. Now I say that no one could beat Iron Man. What is your opinion? (yes I know, I need to get a life).

Bye Sean!
My little brother Sean left on his mission on Wednesday. It was a sad day, I am sad, it was really hard for me to say goodbye. I am such a ball baby. I do not know how these young men do it, I have so much admiration and am so proud of him for making the right decision and serving the Lord. As much as I miss him, I am so excited to hear about his experiences and see him change people's lives with the gospel. We went to breakfast at the Village Inn before we headed down to the MTC. Here are some pics of Sean's day:

Wahoo!!
So I have been planning on graduating at the end of the summer, but a few weeks ago I had an epiphany that I had never transfered credits I took from SLCC. I got really excited thinking that this could help me be done after this semester, I got a transcript sent to the U and made an appointment with my advisor.....I AM GOING TO BE DONE IN THE SPRING!!!!! I have less than 4 months of school left! Can you tell I am just a little excited?
